An Intro to Obedience Class designed for dogs 12 weeks and up. We will learn all the basics: sit, down, stay, coming when called, walking on a loose leash and much more!

We will start with an introduction to Clicker Training and discuss common problems and solutions.

Therapy Dog / Canine Good Citizen (CGC)

This class will teach you and your dog the skills required to pass a therapy dog certification or Canine Good Citizen test. It will cover proper greetings, tricks, focus, techniques to be successful while visiting a hospital, nursing home etc., and temperament testing. Each handler will be provided with information on general health requirements and variety of organizations that provide certifications and insurance coverage. We will schedule a CGC test after graduation.

Dogs who have basic training and an even temperament will be most successful in this class. Instructor persmission may be required.

This class willl prepare you for the Novice Obedience Ring. Geared towards teams looking to compete. Positive training methods are used. Must have completed Good Manners 1 & 2 or the equivalent. Instructor permission required.

Rally-O is a wonderful introduction to the sport of obedience for dogs and owners. You may also earn titles in AKC (for purebreds) and APDT (for mixed breeds).

Does your dog know the basics? Would you like to take your training to the next level and have fun with your dog? Then this class is for you!

Your dog will learn heeling, polite greetings, coming when called and much more! It's a great way to strengthen the bond between you and your dog!

Agility Daytime Run Throughs!

Outside in our fully fenced in agility field on Middle Rd.

Each team will get a minimum of 2 runs.

Dogs must be comfortable on full height equipment.

Intro to Agility

Starting in the spring.

Agility is an obstacle course designed for dogs. It can help channel excess energy CONSTRUCTIVELY, build confidence, improve coordination, and strengthen the bond you have with your dog. Agility is a sport that can performed in competition to earn titles or you can just train for fun. This is an introductory class designed to help you learn the basic handling skills and to introduce your dog to agility obstacles.  Dogs must be at least 8 months old and have taken Obedience for Agility, Good Manners 1 or the equivalent.

Puppy Agility!

Geared towards puppies from 8 weeks to 8 months old, this class is a blast!

Puppies are a sponge at this age. Agility is a great way for them to build confidence and have fun. We have puppy sized equipment, low to the ground. And your puppy will be learning basic obedience skills. A great way to socialize your puppies and start them out on the right paw. Whether you are gearing up for competition or just looking for fun, this will be a great class for all.

Held outdoors in our 100' x 100' fully fenced-in agility training field on Middle Rd.

We can point you in the right direction for FUN future activities with your pup! We will provide socialization & playtime, guidance in nutrition, choosing the right toys & treats, housetraining, crate training and more.

Puppies must have at least 1 round of puppy shots and be free of all internal and external parasites. Proof of vaccinations required.

**Please note - You must call to register the Wednesday before the class, or call ahead to make sure we are holding class.

Postponed until further notice

Class size is limited. Pre-registration required. You may take as many or as few classes as you would like. Please register on the Wednesday prior to class. If you cannot make it that week, let us know so other puppies may join in the fun.

This training program can change your dog's life!

This class will be broken into 4, 1 hour sessions. 1 Sunday per month for 4 months.

Obedience for Agility

This is a perfect class to start learning the agility & obedience skills you will need to move into the exciting sport of Dog Agility. We will cover sits, down, stays, coming when called, targeting and Clicker Training. We will also start on some basic agility equipment. For dogs and puppies 4 months old and up.

Private Lessons and Rentals 

Please call Amy Haskell at (802) 893-3100 for details on private lessons and rentals.

1. If minimum registrations are not met, we may cancel or re-schedule class. In that case, your deposit will be refunded to you, or you may apply it towards the next class.
2. Please review your schedule closely as we are not able to refund after the class has started.
3. Class sizes are limited.  We will not be able to reserve your place in class until we have  received the completed registration form and non-refundable $40 deposit.
